Frequently Asked Questions

At Andrew Maskery Associates we aim to provide our customers with the service they really want. We believe that we can best do this by using our experience and contacts.

We are a leading supplier of animal health products to major livestock businesses throughout the UK, but also offer the whole farming package. We provide farms and smallholdings of all sizes with quality products at very competitive prices.

We hope that the information provided in this section will be helpful. Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any other queries about our goods or services. We will be very pleased to help.

Are the goods shown here everything that AMA can offer?

Absolutely not! The selection of goods on this website is just the tip of the iceberg. We have many, many more stocked products and are always prepared to source items on request. In fact, there are only a very small number of farming products which we do not offer. Of course, we’ll be getting more of our range online just as soon as we can.

Why aren’t there any prices shown?

We’re not hiding anything – just the opposite in fact. We don’t publish prices because our focus is on giving the best deals we can for our customers at the time of placing an order.

Our customers value our openness and order with us in the knowledge that they will always be tapping into very competitive prices, supported by valuable levels of knowledgeable and personal service.

You will find more about our delivery, despatch and returns policies below.

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our product listings

  2. Call 01728 685235 for product information, up to date prices and to place your order

How can I pay?

New customers will be requested to settle their order over the phone by credit card once prices have been confirmed and delivery arrangements agreed. AMA does run a trade accounts system for regular customers. Should you wish to apply for a trade account, or to find out more about our trading terms, please talk to a member of the AMA team.

What about delivery?

We know that a reliable service is just as important as the quality and competitive price of the goods themselves. Wherever possible AMA delivers direct to farm through its own personal delivery service. We also use tried-and-tested couriers and can offer a very cost effective next day service for the delivery of in stock items (up to 20kg total).

You will find more about our delivery, despatch and returns policies below.

Please note that we can only service orders for delivery in mainland UK.

What about the delivery of vaccines?

Vaccines require refrigerated transportation. At AMA we are able to offer cold chain, direct to farm drop-offs through our own delivery service and through some of our courier services. The AMA team will discuss this with you when confirming your order.

Please note that we can only service orders for delivery in mainland UK.

Are there special procedures for buying licensed products?

Some of our products such as vaccines and wormers are licensed by the VMD. This means that we are bound by law to gather specific details during the ordering process about intended usage / environment before completing the sale. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Safety data sheets are provided wherever appropriate for licensed products and other products requiring specific safety precautions. Please read these before placing your order, or call if you have any concerns or queries about the intended usage of such products.

Please note: Safety data may be revised by suppliers at any time. We make every reasonable effort to keep the safety data material made available through this website up-to-date as we are informed of changes through our suppliers.
